SEBI, in its largest enforcement action in an insider trading investigation, unearthed a ₹173 crore case involving shares of Indian Energy Exchange (IEX) and barred eight entities. SEBI’s probe revealed entities had taken significant positions in IEX put option contracts, earning illegal gains. An operation suggests suspects were receiving confidential information from senior CERC officials.

An X user revealed how a Marwadi businessman wanted to liquidate 5 kg gold and 200 kg silver to invest in real estate. "Spoke to a real estate agent today...he was scouting...deal for a Marwadi businessman...These guys are masters of timing the market. I told him...I don't deal in cash deals! The hidden money...in India...is just insane," the post read.

SEBI has ordered eight entities linked to insider trading in Indian Energy Exchange (IEX) shares to deposit ₹173.14 crore. The move follows a probe revealing trades made using confidential data from CERC officials before a key regulatory announcement. SEBI also froze their bank accounts and barred them from securities trading pending further investigation.

Thyrocare Technologies Limited announced a 2:1 bonus issue of equity shares with a face value of ₹10, capitalising approximately ₹106.11 crore from reserves. Esconet Technologies Limited has secured a domestic order from Info Edge (India) Limited for the supply and installation of 340 x86 servers, valued at ₹20.06 crore (ex-GST). The contract is scheduled for completion by December 2025. On Wednesday, shares hit a 5% lower circuit at ₹220.30, with a 52-week high of ₹502.95 and low of ₹150.15.

Mini Diamonds (India) Limited has secured a significant export order worth $1.5 million for lab-grown polished diamonds from Diasqua International Limited, received on October 14, 2025. The company is required to complete the export within three months. Furthermore, the company's board has approved a stock split to subdivide its equity shares.

As of September 2025, Vijay Kishanlal Kedia held a 3% stake, around 4.19 lakh shares in Global Vectra. His firm, Kedia Securities Private Limited, bought 1.86% or 2.59 lakh shares. With this, Vijay Kedia holds a total of 4.86% stake in the company. The combined stake was valued at around ₹3 crore as of the filing date.

LG Electronics India achieved a market capitalisation of approximately ₹1.15 lakh crore after its IPO in October 2025. This figure is about 1.44 times the parent's market cap of ₹80,000 crore. LG India has a net profit margin of about 7%, much higher than LG Inc's under 1%. The P/E is 50 times for India versus 15 times for LG Inc.
